tailored specifically to my needs and as the months have gone on, the level of cardio vascular and strength exercises has gradually

regime which has resulted in 16kg weight loss, resting heart rate 
improvement of 20bpm, aerobic capacity improvement of 48%, reduction 
in both systolic 11% and diastolic 7% BP readings, 24cm waist 
reduction, 15cm hips reduction and an increase in strength of 25%.
