We will assess your sport to identify the individual
requirements needed to compete effectively and avoid
common injuries. Sessions will then focus on improving
performance through strength, strength-endurance,
speed-strength, core strength, flexibility, postural
correction and power training exercises. Training plans
can be made for pre season, during season and off season
making you get the optimal fitness needed to perfom to
