I started with Barry in September 2009.  I was diagnosed with 
Rheumatoid Arthritis 6 years ago and lately it was getting a struggle to even go upstairs in my house.  Barry did a lot of research into my illness and put me on a tailored fitness/nutrition programme.  Starting with stretching exercises which I now do every morning, I have progressed to using lots of different pieces of equipment.  It is now the end of March 2010 and I have lost 57 lbs in weight and 12% body fat so far and I cannot believe the difference in my health. Hardly any pain at all in my joints and my resting heart rate has improved by 25 beats. I go once a week to Barry (and 3 times myself) - every week he sets out different exercises for me so you are not doing the same thing and getting bored. My life style has changed so much it is unbelievable what I can do now - walking without pain and now I can now run upstairs.
