Sessions will focus heavily on different forms of resistance
training utilising effective tools such as dumbbells,
barbells, kettlebells, cables, medicine balls, power bags
and your own body weight.
Resistance training should be integral to virtually
everyone’s training programme. It has the potential to
produce dramatic physical changes in many systems of
the human body, leading to increased performance,
muscle size, muscle definition, health and longevity. In
order to experience these changes and maximise muscle
development, sessions will be well-constructed,
progressive and challenging. |
