I started training sessions with Barry around 12 months ago.  I was really impressed with my initial assessment, which was very thorough and helpful.  He put together an initial programme for me, and has since then given me a new programme to follow every 4-6 weeks.  Barry has completely changed my attitude to exercise.  He has encouraged me to push myself further each week, and because of this I feel fitter, have much more energy, and can see visible results in the mirror.  So far I have lost 9kg in weight, reduced my body fat by 6% and lost 40cm overall in body measurements.  I only wish I had done this years ago, but it is never too late to start.  I would highly recommend Barry for his professionalism, motivational skills, and sense of humour, Thanks Barry.
