Postural Correction and Management of Lower Back Pain          
           

Posture is the alignment of the joints, muscles and muscle fascia of the body. It is the position of the limbs and the body position as a whole. Correct posture allows the body to maintain good balance and natural body movements. Incorrect posture puts stress on muscles and joints and can lead to pain, degeneration of joints and weak and tight muscles. Sessions will identify weak and tight areas and prescribe the correct flexibility and strength exercises to overcome postural problems.
