Pre natal training helps to improve muscle tone, strength,
and endurance. In turn, this will help you to carry the
weight you gain during pregnancy, prepare you for the
physical stress of labour and birth and make getting back
into shape after your baby is born whole lot easier.
Post Natal training focuses on the initial recovery and
reconditioning phase, posture, core conditioning and
pelvic floor activation techniques. Training would then
progress to a more strenuous personalised programme
focussing on fat loss and improved muscle tone,
abdominal muscle reconditioning and strengthening,
functional movement for the role of motherhood and
nutrition and lifestyle tips for a new and busy mum.
