Rory Joined Barry Stephen Personal Training in September 2010. 
“Since joining Barry Stephen Personal Training I have continued to
develop my skills as a personal trainer and build on my years of experience in
the fitness industry.
Through functional training methods I strive to help my clients
achieve their varying goals including; overall health and fitness gains,
weight loss, improved muscle tone, functional training for sport and exercise for rehabilitation. 
Via thoughtful, challenging and enjoyable exercise plans I gain real
satisfaction from building a rapport with my clients, seeing them
achieve their goals and ultimately improving their quality of life”.
